Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for roasted coffee products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We are likely to replace a roasted coffee order if it does not meet expectations, and escalate to a refund where appropriate. Our line-up of coffees changes every week, and we’re confident we’ll have a range of different options to cover a broad range of preferences. 

We understand though not every coffee will be to your taste—so if you ever get a coffee that isn’t quite right, or misses the mark a bit for you, we’ll replace it for free. Email us at howdy@archerspecialtycoffee.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.

To start a return, contact us at howdy@archerspecialtycoffee.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.  You can always contact us for any return questions at howdy@archerspecialtycoffee.com.au

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We’ll always replace your coffee for free if you feel it isn’t quite right or missed the mark somehow. If instead, you’d prefer to have your money refunded, in most circumstances we’re more than happy to do that. Our refund policy is primarily based on good faith and subject to our discretion.
