Shipping Information

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll also receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We have three domestic shipping rates: standard, express and free.

  • Standard Shipping rates are set at $10, with an estimated delivery time between 2–8 business days.
  • Express Shipping rates are set at $15, with an estimated delivery time between 1–4 days.
  • Free Shipping is available for anyone purchasing products equal to or over the value of $60, sent via standard shipping. 

Note: high volume of orders through domestic shipping partners is causing short delays on delivery standards. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within five business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at howdy@archerspecialtycoffee.com.au with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at howdy@archerspecialtycoffee.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
