Brew Guide

We thoroughly enjoy this as a V60, using a typical 1:16 ratio (so around 15g dry dose and a total of 240g water) pouring 60g water to start, agitating the slurry, waiting 30 seconds, then slowly pouring the remainder of the water in, aiming for a 3-3 1/2 minute drawdown.
